learning tasks don't load properly. can't complete quiz, have to re-watch 15minute+ videos again. still doesn't work.

can't log in, says they sent log in details, not received several times, unapproachable. time wasters

Website forced me to download the app. No other option. Of the 17 modules my employer assigned me, only 3 would load. The website's help centre was a substandard bot. I don't recommend. Ok update on this. I emailed the support team listed in the app store and received an email back saying they only accept emails from email addresses within their organisation..... pretty impressed at my level of unimpressed.
