After I updated the app to the latest version, I've found that the functionality has basically regressed. There is no way to search for items now as the search bar has been removed which is very inconvenient Second, earlier once the order has been placed and processed, I could lock the phone and all the items would still be dispersed. But now I have to keep my phone ON for it to work, or the machine just stops

Poor experience. When I used it for the first time, it worked fine. I got a snickers from the menu and it dropped. However for the second time, the menu was not updated. I placed the order of whatever was present on the machine. The order was placed and so the payment was made But nothing dropped. Disappointed. Never using it again.

The reliability is disappointing, as in my experience of using this for more than 3 months, I have only been able to successfully purchase anything for less than 5 times or so. Everytime when we are using the app to vend something, the transaction gets cancelled. Atleast you will get refunded as soon as the transaction is cancelled, so thats a good thing. Edit: Now it has even stopped refunding. And the support team for this app is the worst as they dont even respond.
