Mixed experience, it worked for initial 3-4 time in my office. But faced issue like product lost not updated, machine hv items but not reflecting in app. Recently started facing issue related to Bluetooth connection. I can see product list but app is not able connect to machine with Bluetooth On.

Doesn't work. Your machines in TCS-Synergy park Hyderabad campus doesn't work. Tried from app. Tried directly from the machine. Money gets deducted but the product doesn't get dispensed. This is very much disappointing. Please make sure the software and machines are in working condition. If not please stop providing services.

Not recommended to use the app or tha machine. Contents in the machine are not reflecting in the app. Even if it does, the payment will fail. You will get the refund but it will repeat. Most of the time the app also crashes stating it's updating the list. This happens to my colleagues as well. Not really sure how they're still in business.
