Q. Is Sendy's cargo delivery service available on weekends and public holidays?
- Sendy's service is available nationwide, anytime and anywhere.
However, customer service hours are limited to Monday to Sunday, 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Consultations are not available outside of these hours. We recommend making your delivery reservation in advance.

Q. I need regular cargo/delivery services. What should corporate customers do?
- Don't worry, corporate customers. Using Sendy can save up to 20% on costs compared to operating your own logistics vehicles. If you request a vehicle through our customer service center, a Sendy corporate logistics representative will provide prompt assistance.

Q. I don't know which vehicle to request.
- We recommend and guide you on a vehicle based on the type and amount of your cargo. Please make a reservation or use the chat chat after consultation.

For large appliances and furniture, cargo, top trucks, and special vehicles are recommended for safe transportation. Contact a Sendy customer service representative for detailed information to help you select and use the right vehicle.

■ We only request the necessary permissions.

So far the best and cheapest way to move out. Probably best when you are moving from a city to another. In the same city it's still great but can feel like you lost money. But if you are moving town, you probably can't find more affordable prices for this quality of service. They're great ^^

The driver was incredibly rude. He arrived and immediately started yelling at me about my stuff not being ready to load, even though it was mentioned in the agreement that I needed assistance with loading materials. He then forced me to pay a lot more than what was agreed upon to drive me to the destination. He was also very rough with packages, including those that had fragile items. Overall, a terrible service. 운전자는 정말 무례했습니다. 또한 목록에 합의되지 않은 추가 요금을 지불해야 했습니다

So convenient and easy to use. I have used the service twice now and I would truly recommend it to anyone. I was able to set up a reservation 1 hour before the service, and everything went smoothly.
