However, since the customer center consultation hours are limited to Monday - Sunday, 9:00 AM - 8:00 PM, consultation is not possible at other times, so we recommend that you make a transportation reservation in advance.

Q. I don’t know which vehicle I should apply for.

So far the best and cheapest way to move out. Probably best when you are moving from a city to another. In the same city it's still great but can feel like you lost money. But if you are moving town, you probably can't find more affordable prices for this quality of service. They're great ^^

The driver was incredibly rude. He arrived and immediately started yelling at me about my stuff not being ready to load, even though it was mentioned in the agreement that I needed assistance with loading materials. He then forced me to pay a lot more than what was agreed upon to drive me to the destination. He was also very rough with packages, including those that had fragile items.
