Repeat update needed message. Update completed, restart phone still can't access app several hours later. A real hassle since hospital I was visiting can't issue passes without using the app. This was on an Android based phone. When I tried to access via iPad, I finally got logged in on my 4th attempt. Once the iPad went to sleep and I tried logging back in on my iPad, I got the same messages for needing an update. Very frustrating when there's nothing I can do to fix it and look unprepared.

This app stinks. Never listed properly on the first attempt. Hit or miss on the second attempt. Some days it just spins and spins to "load your profile". For a company that is already racking med device reps over the coals the least they could do is make and app that functions in closely to as well as Symplr.

Complete and total garbage. We pay hundreds every year and app is stuck in update loop, contact customer service with the problem and zero response. Complaint to the Better Business Bureau forthcoming.
