I pay an outrageous amount of money for this app. I get to the hospital, and it doesn't work. It says to update it, and there's no way to update it. there's nothing like having a case starting and you're sitting in the lobby......not able to support people because this app will not work. 100% Grade A excrement..

Just horrible. Keeps telling me to update the app but it goes in a circle, never accomplishing the update, meanwhile, I can't do my job without it. Just horrible.

app keeps telling me to update, but it won't update and won't open. Vendor credentialing is a complete scam.
