Quick Setup Guide
1. On the Customer Display Device
• Download and install the Vendrex POS Customer Display App.
• Open the app.
• Note the IP Address and Device Name.
• Keep the app open.
2. Enable in Back Office
• Log in to the Vendrex Back Office Web Portal.
• Go to Settings.
• Select Addon Apps > Customer Display.
• Click ENABLE.
3. Connect from the POS App
• Open Vendrex POS.
• Go to Main Menu > Settings > Customer Displays.
• Tap + Add New.
• Enter a display name.
• Tap Search to find nearby displays, or enter the IP address manually.
• Select the correct display from the list.
• Tap Pair Customer Display.
4. Accept the Pairing Request
• A “Pair to POS” popup will appear on the Customer Display.
• Tap Accept.
• The Vendrex POS and #CustomerDisplay are now connected.
Tip: Make sure the POS device and Customer Display are connected to the same Wi-Fi network during setup.
