There are 27 Admendments, with 28 being exceptionally in some states. NOTE TO THE PUBLISHER: Great app, looks great, just needs some updates, forgive me if I'm wrong, but I still need to scan it throughly. This review is from first glance ONLY. I will leave another review once fully studied. 4 stars for 25/27-28 listed article/admendment

When I get a copy of my Constitution, I want it to be complete. This copy is missing the preamble to the Bill of Rights, which describes the reason for, and the meaning of the Amendments
