They released a new version of the app a while back, but it still has the same problems of not actually letting you log into your account. I get a pop up saying I need to merge DPAC the account with my Ticketmaster account (which has already been done) and then it just goes to a blank page. You have to call the box office to have them email tickets, and that does not always work. I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times and that does not fix the issue anymore.

This app is easy to navigate, but doesn't maintain the log in. It worked well for the first show of the season. Now with the second show approaching, I'm caught in an endless loop trying to get logged in and it keeps cycling me back and forth between Ticketmaster and DPAC, but not actually giving me the opportunity to log in to either account and says that my accounts are not linked.

The app is easy to use. There aren't many functions and isn't complicated. However, it logs me out of my dpac account regularly. It then requests that I sign in without giving me the ability to do so. Uninstalling and reinstalling the app is now the only option. When I buy my tickets from the box office I make sure they text them to me just in case the app decides to go haywire. The point of the app is to use it for tickets yet it makes that process as annoying as possible.
