Ratings and reviews

The app is easy to use. There aren't many functions and isn't complicated. However, it logs me out of my dpac account regularly. It then requests that I sign in without giving me the ability to do so. Uninstalling and reinstalling the app is now the only option. When I buy my tickets from the box office I make sure they text them to me just in case the app decides to go haywire. The point of the app is to use it for tickets yet it makes that process as annoying as possible.

Update: A year after contacting developer and getting blown off, I tried contacting Mr Klaus directly. Again there seems no plans to fix. Maybe more people should flood his inbox. Original: The app isn't that hard to use. The problem arises when the login expires: you get a little pop-up that says session expired, but there is no ok, cancel, and no way to get to a login prompt. The only way I have found to recover is to delete and reinstall the app, not acceptable to have to do monthly.

The app itself is very easy to use. I'm only giving it 3 stars because I can't upload vaccine card. Apparently nobody can so it's kind of a useless app if I can't do a pre check in to avoid long lines at the show. Everybody will have to show vac card or test at venue. I will happily change rating if/when this issue is resolved. I too would like. Regular ticket stub for my playbill scrapbook but it's not the apps fault. Everything is going digital. We all have to get used to it unfortunately.
