Ratings and reviews

A great app when launched but updates to accommodate Ticketmaster have made this app unusable. Tickets seem to randomly appear and disappear from the "My Tickets" section. Since the app crashes every time it's opened you have to exit the app, reboot, or even uninstall and reinstall the app in hopes that one of these methods will work. Forcing ticket holders to use this app in its current state when there is no option to print or even obtain a hard copy of your ticket is completely unacceptable!

too complex. too confusing. It never "just works" and I am never sure what I am doing when juggling the work related tickets.

It gets me the info I need eventually. It's very slow to load which is stressful when trying to get your ticket and your in line. The schedule starts way back in 2019 would be nice if the schedule defaulted to the last game played so we don't have to scroll through seasons of games to get to the current game. Android users get no love at the Banc we should be able to get cheaper water with Google pay like they do for Apple pay.
