Absolutely useless app to manage tickets. I keep getting a white page whenever I try to go on. I have tried deleting and re-installing app, but continue to have the same issues. I have to log onto the ticket manager through the internet browser and download the tickets to my google wallet. Absolute waste of time.

A great app when launched but updates to accommodate Ticketmaster have made this app unusable. Tickets seem to randomly appear and disappear from the "My Tickets" section. Since the app crashes every time it's opened you have to exit the app, reboot, or even uninstall and reinstall the app in hopes that one of these methods will work. Forcing ticket holders to use this app in its current state when there is no option to print or even obtain a hard copy of your ticket is completely unacceptable!

Critical tool for an LAFC fan, but login issues are the worst. The app worked for me most of the time last season, but when I tried to login yesterday it said my username/password were invalid, even when logging in with my fingerprint. That error...was invalid. To work around the problem I cleared the app's storage (an uninstall/reinstall will do the same). After that I was able to successfully login. Given that the mobile app is required for ticketing, LAFC has to get this right, but isn't and there are going to be angry people.
