Ever since the fireworks update, the app constantly has trouble connecting with my Ticketmaster account. It works okay for a few days, but when I need to log back in, I get an error message saying "Sorry, failed getting access token". Once I uninstall and reinstall the app, I can log back in, but then I get the same issue a few days later. Please fix! I shouldn't have to reinstall the app before every game to get my tickets...

This app is utter garbage and not useful or helpful for season ticket holders. Constantly kicks you out. And even typing in the right ticketmaster Email and Password it says you're credentials are out of date. I constantly need to Uninstall and re-download for it to work even for a singular match. About as disappointing as the team itself

The app/ability to access the app at the arena is horrible. can't login via saved biometrics, informs me invalid username or password, attempt to reset password, account does not exist, register a new account, email in use. spend 30 mins in line at the box office with what seemed like several hundred other fans who couldn't get into the arena in 40 degree weather.
