VeraFly is a preflight inspection app built for general aviation pilots, flight schools, and student pilots. Pilots search for an aircraft by tail number, complete a guided digital checklist, and sign off before every flight. Each inspection can include notes and photos to document aircraft condition, damage, or discrepancies found during the walk-through.
Admins manage their fleet, customize checklists for each aircraft, and access a full audit trail of every inspection. Key features include fleet management with the ability to add, remove, or ground aircraft without losing records. Each aircraft gets its own customizable checklist, and completed inspections are stored as searchable audit logs with timestamps, pilot signatures, photos, and notes.
Subscription billing is handled per aircraft with automatic proration when your fleet changes.
