I am extremely disappointed with the service provided. I have paid the full fee for a 3-year course subscription. However, only one video class (Group IV) is visible in my app. The other classes are not available. Specifically, there are no Group 2 or Group 2A classes accessible in my account. When I contacted the staff regarding this issue, there was no proper response. I was repeatedly asked to contact the support team. Even after contacting support, the issue has still not been rectified.

I am disappointed with the veranda learning course as it lacks proper guidance and feels incomplete. Although it was promoted as video-based learning, there is no mentor to assist or explain concepts clearly, making it hard to understand and retain the material. Tricks like mind maps or key points donβt work for me, as they also require memorization. Despite paying 12,000 rupees, the provided books are worth only 5,000 rupees and mainly cover the prehistoric period without key methods .

Really really disappointing, In recent time due to some technical issue I have to go through a video for atleast 3 time, then only I can able to access the pdf and test.. really disappointed with the team because we have been facing the issue for more than 4 days.. after completely watching one video fully(even I didn't skip or pause ) it shows only 26% or below 50% then asusal pdf is not opening.. Disgusting
