Defensoria RJ is the app that puts the Public Defender's Office in Rio de Janeiro closer to you. Prezado(a), bom dia. Dia 24/12/2023. Favor, tenha cuidado com a defensoria pública RJ. Além do cidadão enviar todas as informações de renda, conseguir agendar a primeira reunião, entre 3 a 6 meses. Depois de você ter várias etapas. Aí dizem que você não pode ser atendido via defensoria rj. E oferecem serviços particulares de advocacia. Me senti roubado. Dica: Fazer um novo processo, definir etapadas de zero. O quê existe hoje não funciona. Perda de tempo. Portanto, cuidado. Respeitosamente,

É um milagre ver um serviço público funcionando.

Funciona na maioria dos casos porém com relação ao cancelamento de agendamentos o app fica travado na tela da logo e não sai disso. Estou tentando cancelar um agendamento já fazem três dias ou mais e não consigo dar andamento pelo app e também não há nenhum tipo de redirecionamento para resolução por outro canal.
