Verdelife247 brings together everything related to living in your community into one app — for both residents and administrators.

The app is invite-only and is tied to your specific building and apartment. Verdelife247 helps you stay connected with your neighbors, your administrator, and everything that’s happening in your community.

RESIDENTS CAN:
• View information about your property, building, and apartment
• Receive administrator notifications and announcements
• Communicate with neighbors in the forum and via private messages
• Buy, sell, and share on the bulletin board
• View community events and reserve common areas
• Report problems and order administrator services
• View and pay bills by card and track payment history
• Receive push and email notifications email notifications about important things

ADMINISTRATORS CAN:
• Manage residents of managed buildings
• Issue invoices and accept payments
• Post announcements and manage community content

Note: Accounts are created based on an invitation from your home administrator. If you have not yet received an invitation, please contact your building administrator.

Payments are securely processed by Stripe — Verdelife247 never stores your card details.
