I Had a problem with this Wallet after they performed a maintenance on it where I wasnt able to access any of my verge. It said I had zero verge in my wallet. I sent them a email & after days of back & forth with Justin who was very helpful, I was able to get all my verge back. We figured out that one of my setting somehow became reconfigured in orbot & was on the wrong selection. Make sure Orbot is set right & you should have no problems with this wallet.

There's serious issue going on with wallet.. Balance shown in XVG explorer, butwhen I restore with phrase - it keeps on refreshing even if everything fine with Orbot. I've been using this app since years. But, looking at App's poor quality, XVG now seems like scam now...

It says "Orbot must be installed." So I install Orbot and enable their vpn. When I go back to Verge, it still says the same thing, telling me to install Orbot. I look in Orbot and I select Verge on the list of apps so that it will work with Orbot. Then I went back to Verge and it still says the same thing. I'm giving up on trying to get this app to work.
