About this app

Time and location tracking for employees made easy. Employees can clock in and out in real-time, change job codes, service item

codes or task codes, leave reports at clock in or clock out, and verify location throughout the day with GPS tracking.

Employee/User Features:
- Simple, easy-to-use clock in/out process
- Easily change jobs and/or task codes
- Track custom fields at clock in or out (like mileage, for example)
- Leave detailed reports for admins/supervisors at either clock in or clock out.
- Use in single user mode, or as a crew leader clocking in multiple employees

Admin/Supervisor Features:
- Real-time data of time worked by employees
- GPS location data on where employees have been or where they are currently located
- Alerts for Overtime, No Show, User Error or Job Costing
- Customizable reports of any data harvested (can also be set up to auto-
generate and deliver via email on a fixed schedule)
- Integrate data with mainstream accounting software like QuickBooks or Sage

Ratings and reviews

Utter trash. Would give it less stars if possible. App keeps crashing and restarting my phone just when opening app to see my time. Get it fixed before it damages my phone. Worst app I've ever seen or used. Developers should be ashamed of themselves. Edit: just got done writing review and when back to app and its crashing again to where I need to delete and re-download the app...straight trash.

Was working great until last week, now I'm getting clocked-out automatically for "leaving the geo-fence" while working in the center of my workplace. This app makes for a very nice time-management tool, but getting clocked out nearly a dozen times a day at random times & locations is a bit aggravating, especially when the work-site becomes noisy & I'm unable to hear the notification sound that I was clocked out automatically. Hope this issue is resolved before it impacts my employment status

With every update, the app seems to get slower and slower. The Covid questions are getting to be a pain. Clock in and out almost every hour, only to answer the questions again needs to stop or have a better implementation. Also, a bulk deletion option for notifications would be nice. Having to go into each one individually and delete is not a way to go.
