VeriDeCA is the app for carriers who check documentation before loading.

Since October 5, 2026, if you transport goods for others on national road routes, each shipment must be accompanied by the Electronic Administrative Control Document (DeCA) (Law 9/2025, Transitional Provision 8; Resolution of June 5, 2026). If the documentation provided by the shipper is incomplete, the problem ends up on the road, and you could be the one penalized.

VeriDeCA gives you two things: it lets you know in 10 seconds if the document is complete, and it provides proof that you checked it.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Scan the QR code on the Loading Guide, or upload the PDF that was sent to you by email or WhatsApp.

2. The app analyzes the document and tells you which fields are required and which are missing: shipper and their tax ID number, carrier, license plate number, origin, destination, nature of the goods, and weight or number of packages (Order FOM/2861/2012, art. 6).

3. If something is wrong, you can request a correction from the issuing company with a tap, or record the issue and leave with a reservation, leaving a record.

4. If it's complete, you sign the receipt with your handwriting, and it's stamped with the date, time, and location.

YOUR ROADSIDE PROOF

The receipt allows you to prove that you performed the check before starting the service. It's saved in your history, and you can share it as a PDF whenever you need it.
