The ProctorTrack system is riddled with issues to the point that it's actually not usable. During my test exam, I had numerous technical issues with BOTH the mobile and PC components of this terrible app. I contacted support, and asked me to reinstall the app three times DURING THE TEST EXAM and knew genuinely nothing about how it works. If I tried to do an actual test with this there's a 100% chance I'd get failed because of this terrible app. Do not use under any circumstances.

Awful. My proctor was having network issues. Had to reinstall my app multiple times, and the issue was still unresolved after an 1 1/2 hours. I was unable to take the exam and have had to reschedule at an in person testing center.

the aspect ratio through the app is terrible. it makes your camera look like you zoomed in 10x. there is no position in my room that was suitable. smh the first version had less zoom.
