This is really one of the worst banking apps I've come across-- the user interface is horrible and the whole app is laggy. Numerous log in problems as well due to system issues, and when you call customer service, they tell you that there is no issue from their end, so you are left hanging there trying to work with an application that is no better than a MySpace page. I am changing my bank. I suggest you do not rely on this app for banking.

Worst app. Ever. Always crash due to bug issue . Bank doesn't update app. or fix the bug as they should. Updating customer profile info. Needs all information all the times despite the fact that it's already available with the bank . Meanwhile to update in the bank branch, you have to do lots of paperwork as if opening a new account . Please try to be sensible and professional. !!!!!

Really poor 1st impression. I decided to dwnload the app cos I was forced to do so. Having read many unflattering reviews, I went into it with low expectations.As expected I was not able to register as I do not have a debit card with AR,so I couldnt give them a card #. I did receive a letter from AR which is supposed to explain the steps to go via the app but it is not clear. For people with no cards, they can order a hard token by calling an 0800#, but they say hotline always busy. Bye bye AR.
