very complicated no proper customer support. if we ask the support team they will ask us to reac branch to get a fast tag. if we ask bank person they will give other person number and finally that person will say need to go and collect the tag from different places. what is this is this a bank or local kirana store. if you cant provide the service please close don't irritate customers and waste their time.

very bad if don't have user id how can I make a user id or retrieve if already have.

We are loosing customers due to App issue only. Customers scolding us like anything. It's complete failure of product team, we're are working to get leads but not able convert because failure of the insta app and product heads as to take issues seriously.
