Once installed, the application allows calls made to your office number to ring on your mobile phone, and calls placed from the app will appear to recipients to come from your office number. Within the app, users can change many of their Virtual Communications Express feature settings, access their company phone directory, and choose whether to place outbound calls via the data network or the cellular voice network. 9-9-2020 Update "Voicemails could not be downloaded" error message. Signed out & back in. Deleted app & reinstalled. All to no avail. Please fix! The DTMF tones do not work. So when you're on a call, and asked to "Press 1" for service, "Press 2" for help, etc., the tones are not produced and the call goes no where. Frustrating! Please fix - thanks!

I recently attempted to install this app on a coworkers phone and was unable, do to the app being written for an older version of Android. From my research, this app was written for Android 11 and starting this September the play store target API minimum requirement changed to Android 13. Hopefully a new version of the app can be created without this issue.

Every time the app updates it forgets your login information, and you don't know until you start missing phone calls. It really should remember your login information and be able to update without logging you out.
