unbelievable that this company CAN NOT MAKE THIS DAMN APP WORK!!!!! BILLIONS IN ADVERTISING AND CANT FIX THIS SO WE CAN DO OUR DAMN JOBS CORRECTLY. Why???? Please explain why every single time you change this app it works worse than the previous one. I have done work for Verizon for 15 years and still the exact same problems with this app. Im begging you,PLEASE FIND SOMEONE WHO CAN FIX THIS PLEASE. HELP ME MAKE VERIZON A BETTER COMPANY TO SERVE OUR CUSTOMERS. Please 🙏

I've been hearing you're trying to charge customers $100 if their vehicle is not ready for the installation for the tech to do an install how about the rep get charged and getting paid no commissions on the sales for not setting up the app correctly when the tech arrives to do the installs,very asinine This is Joke , and seems to be no way to grow the fire under the chair to get this done whoever is in charge of the app is twiddling their thumbs
