About this app

Studyle is a library management app for self-study libraries, reading rooms and study centres in India. Manage students, seats, shifts, attendance, fees and reports from one app, and give every student their own login. No more register, fee notebook or Excel sheet.

FOR CENTRE OWNERS

• Students: add a student in seconds with their plan, membership dates and a free seat. Search, filter and see who is due.
• Seats and shifts: see every seat on a visual seat map, assign or reserve seats, block seats for repair, and run morning, evening or full-day shifts.
• Attendance: students punch in themselves by scanning your centre's QR code or with a quick location check. Print a QR for your desk that never expires, or show a changing QR on screen. You can also mark attendance by hand.
• Fees and receipts: record payments, share PDF receipts, send fee reminders and show your UPI QR. See pending, partial and overdue fees at a glance.
• Reports: collection, check-ins, new students, seat occupancy and fees due, for 7, 30 or 90 days, all time, or any dates you pick.
• Expenses, lockers, announcements, library rules and student feedback, all in the same app.

• Punch in and out with one tap.
• See your attendance, streak and monthly calendar.

SIMPLE AND PRIVATE

• Every centre's data is kept separate and is visible only to that centre.
• Location is checked only at the moment a student punches in, and only if the centre turns it on. Studyle never tracks location in the background.
• Studyle does not sell data and shows no ads.
