Catch the Spam Ads helps you find which app is showing unwanted spam ads on your device.
Some apps can show annoying pop-up ads even when you are not using them, when another app is open, or when the screen was recently off. These ads can appear suddenly and make it hard to know which app is responsible.
With Catch the Spam Ads, you can start detection and wait for the unwanted ad to appear. When a spam ad pops up, the app helps you identify the suspicious app that may have caused it, so you can take action and remove, stop, or manage that app.
What the app does:
Helps detect apps that show unwanted pop-up ads
Helps identify suspicious apps that may be causing spam ads
Works when ads appear over other apps
Useful for finding annoying ads that appear unexpectedly
Uses a simple start-and-catch process
Helps make it easier to understand which app is causing unwanted pop-ups
How it works:
Open Catch the Spam Ads
Start the detection
Wait for the unwanted pop-up ad to appear
The app helps you find which app may have caused the spam ad
You can then remove, stop, or manage the suspicious app
Catch the Spam Ads is made for users who are tired of random pop-up ads and want to find the app behind them.
This app does not remove all ads automatically. It helps you identify the app that may be responsible for showing spam ads, so you can decide what to do next.
AccessibilityService API disclosure:
Catch the Spam Ads uses the Android AccessibilityService API only after the user manually enables the service in Android Accessibility settings.
The AccessibilityService is required for the app’s core feature: detecting intrusive or suspicious pop-up ads shown over other apps and helping identify which app may have displayed them.
To provide this feature, the app may access limited screen and window information, such as the currently active app, package name, window changes, and visible interface information needed to detect the source of unwanted pop-up ads.
Catch the Spam Ads uses AccessibilityService only for spam-ad detection and app identification. The app does not use AccessibilityService to collect passwords, payment details, private messages, or other sensitive personal information. The app does not use AccessibilityService to change device settings, record audio, record calls, bypass Android security controls, or perform unrelated actions.
Information accessed through AccessibilityService is used only to help detect and identify apps that may be showing unwanted pop-up ads. You can disable the AccessibilityService at any time in Android Settings > Accessibility.
Catch the Spam Ads is not an automatic ad blocker. It is a detection tool that helps you identify the app that may be responsible for unwanted pop-up ads.
