Vertilinc Mobile is an amenities and lifestyle management app where residents can take advantage of all the facilities and services offered at community when managed using the latest technologies in Vertilinc. Residents can reserve the elevator, view account balances, make online payments, request their car, reserve the club room, order food for delivery, order cleaning services or babysitter services, and receive instant property communications, notifications and events in their own app

Ratings and reviews

This app continually has problems, particularly with guest registrations. Options just don't work (e.g.regisrering a guest or service persons access for a temporary window). Now with the latest update it crashes when clicking on a registered guest every time. This is a huge security problem because you can't register a guest for a temporary window, so service people have permanent access to your property.

The app has gotten progressively worse for OceanaKB. The icon has changes from Oceana to Vertilinc. When I push Valet button, it just shuts down, it's super slow. I just updated the app and the performance has improved, logo us back. Thanks for the support.

This app never works. It freezes and is forced to close.
