This app continually has problems, particularly with guest registrations. Options just don't work (e.g.regisrering a guest or service persons access for a temporary window). Now with the latest update it crashes when clicking on a registered guest every time. This is a huge security problem because you can't register a guest for a temporary window, so service people have permanent access to your property.

The app consistently freezes, making it impossible to even log in. I don't have a beta Android version, and the digital key function is completely non-functional. The lack of a digital wallet feature further undermines its trustworthiness. Overall, it's a very disappointing app. Not worth even installing.

Thank you for your feedback and for continuing to reach out to support via the review section, Google does report that your OS is Android 16 Beta SDK36 on a Pixel Fold. Refuses to open. Says "Update Needed". No update available in Google Play Store. Uninstalled app and installed. same error message.
