About this game

AsciiTapper is a root beer arcade game built around a simple rhythm: tap another lane to move, tap your lane to pour, and get back to catch the returning empty.

BUILD YOUR CAREER
Follow 84 authored shifts across eight stages. See your saved progress, earn promotions, and know which challenge comes next. Clear a shift to advance, then return for Clean and Master ratings.

LEARN BY PLAYING
A safe three-customer lesson teaches the actual controls. Miss a step and the lesson helps you try it again. Each Career shift starts with three lives. CALL NEXT lets you invite the next arrival early when you want more pressure.

READ THE ROOM
Serve Regulars early for bonuses, handle overtaking Speedy customers, and let Grumpy customers leave without a mug. Later shifts bring faster returns and overlapping queues. Every shift has its own encounter pattern and optional Master contract.

DAILY CHALLENGE
Play the shared daily seed with one ranked attempt per UTC day and unlimited practice. Power-ups do not affect Daily play. An internet connection is needed for Daily Challenge and standings.

TERMINAL STYLE
Crisp character-grid movement, original sound effects, local achievements, and a free High Contrast palette. Career works offline. No game account is required.

PLAY FREE, EXPAND ONCE
The first 24 shifts and one advanced Split Decisions trial are free. The optional Full Shift purchase adds 60 shifts across five stages and Endless mode. The optional CRT Theme Pack adds cosmetic palettes. Power-ups are earned through Clean and Master play.
