About this app

METASELF helps you connect compatible VERTU smart wearables to centrally view your daily health and activity records.

Device Connectivity and Management: Connect to supported smart rings and other devices via Bluetooth to view connection status and battery levels, and sync device records. Available features depend on the specific device model.

Health and Activity Records: View sleep, heart rate, heart rate variability (HRV), blood oxygen, body temperature records, steps, and activity records, and view historical changes by date. Records must be provided by a device that supports this feature.

AI Conversation: Engage in text-based conversations with AI to help understand health records and daily health information. AI-generated content may be inaccurate and should not replace professional medical advice.

Instructions for Use: Some functions require compatible wearable devices, Bluetooth connectivity, network connectivity, and appropriate permissions. Available data depends on the actual data supported by the device and the records synced.

METASELF is for daily health and fitness management and is not intended for disease diagnosis, treatment, or prevention. For any discomfort or medical issues, please consult a professional medical practitioner.
