You'll have two channels to report an emergency: a panic button that will connect directly to the monitoring center, where trained personnel will contact the authorities or the nearest help. Additionally, you'll have a mobile app that allows you to not only report an emergency, but also send messages to the monitoring center to receive assistance while the necessary help arrives.
