Who's the Imposter? is a fun party and word game to play with your friends and family!
Everyone is given the same secret word... but the imposter knows something different. Take turns saying ONE word that describes your word. If you give too much away, the imposter will snatch the word; if you give too little, suspicion will fall on you! Discuss, vote, and find the imposter.
ONE PHONE, HAND-TO-HAND GAME
No internet required. 3–12 people. Take turns passing the phone; everyone secretly sees their word by holding down their finger, and it closes when they lift their finger.
TWO GAME MODES
- Secret Imposter: The imposter also gets a word, but a similar one (everyone says "apple," he/she says "pear")... and doesn't know he/she is the imposter! - Classic: The imposter only knows the category. If caught, he/she has one last chance: if he/she guesses the civilians' word from 6 options, he/she wins.
20 CATEGORIES, 2000 WORDS
Fruits & Vegetables, Food, Animals, Professions, Sports, Vehicles, School, Nature and more. Additional packages like Technology, Turkey, World, Science & Space, Hard Mode. The same word will not reappear anytime soon.
ONLINE ROOM
Everyone enters the same room with a 6-digit code from their own phone, only they see their word, votes are cast from the phone. Play in the same environment or via voice call. No account, no membership: enter your nickname and play.
YOUR RULES
Imposter count (automatic suggested based on number of people), discussion duration, joint or secret voting, category selection.
SCOREBOARD
Play multiple hands, accumulate points: +1 if civilians win, +3 if imposters win.
No ads while words are displayed, during discussions and voting.
