VE Solar Partner is the official workspace for authorised VE Solar Channel
Partners across India. If you've been onboarded by VE Solar HQ as a regional
Channel Partner, this app is your day-to-day operations dashboard — from
approving the salesmen on your team to fulfilling after-sales service jobs
and tracking the money you earn.

Channel Partners are onboarded by VE Solar HQ after KYC and company-document
review. New applications submitted through the app go through a 24-hour
verification process before activation. Casual sign-ups are not accepted —
this is a tool for licensed channel partners.

What you can do

• MY TEAM — Approve, reject and manage the salesmen registered under your
Channel Partner account. Set each salesman's commission percentage, view
their pipeline, and monitor performance over time.
• CUSTOMER PIPELINE — See every lead submitted by your salesmen with
pre-filled customer details, GPS location, electricity bill photo and
KYC. Follow each lead as it moves through approval, an on-site
inspection by an assigned VE Solar site engineer, processing,
scheduling and installation — and step in the moment one needs you.
• SERVICE QUEUE — Receive after-sales service assignments from VE Solar
HQ. Start jobs from the queue, complete them in the field, and watch
the 80% earnings credit hit your wallet the moment the job is marked
done.
• EARNINGS WALLET — A clear at-a-glance view of your earnings: a flat 2%
on every installed sale from your team, your withdrawable balance, and —
until your first payout unlocks — exactly how close you are to the
activation threshold (10 salesmen onboarded or 30 kW installed).
• QUOTATIONS & INVOICES — Generate GST-compliant quotations and invoices
for your customers directly inside the app. Share as PDF over WhatsApp
or email in seconds.
• PAYOUTS — Request withdrawals from your wallet directly to your UPI ID
or bank account. Your first payout unlocks once you've onboarded 10
salesmen or reached 30 kW installed; disbursed by VE Solar after
standard verification and applicable tax deductions.
• NOTIFICATIONS — Push alerts the instant a salesman's lead lands, when a
site inspection is scheduled, when HQ assigns you a service job, when a
withdrawal moves forward, and on every relevant status change.

We collect only the information needed to run your operation: identity
documents required for KYC and tax compliance, address details, payout
information and operational data (leads, services, transactions). We
