Dear Vesti, I am trying to be nice with my words because of the working relationship we had in the past. It has been 4 months now since I initiated a transaction to withdraw my money from my account and the transaction is still pending. This is nothing but scam at this point. Kindly release my money.

The app and the customer care is very bad, I was saving money in vesti wallet to meet a certain target sending money inside it from my opay account, I want to withdraw my money now they are telling me it look suspicious cause I was crediting my own wallet from one account alone which was my opay account oo... past 2 weeks now they place the money on pending.... customer care fail to respond... so you are expecting me to leave #130,000 with you... is that not a scam.

I have initiated a transfer since the 3rd of March 2026 and till date my money is still pending on your App. This is not a normal banking procedure
