I think you guys really need to work on your problems. One cannot get an instant account upon creation, or even after clicking on request account number. All you get is "something went wrong". Secondly, your "Add Funds" is just dormant. Whenever you try adding funds from Naira to dollar, it fails. The attach button isn't working whenever you try sending proof to the customer service representative. Honestly, if you want to progress more, you need to buckle up.

The worst app ever. Please if you're seeing this, don't ever think of using this app, I'm not saying it to spoil their name, I'm stating the fact. How can I put money in this app and can't transfer it again, you guys are telling me to collect your ATM card and withdraw the money, like who does that?? My money is stocked in there and I can't even get an ATM card because you guys keep telling me that card is not available in my home country. Criminals!

Good fast transaction. The debit card works effectively. However I will reserve my rating to 4star because of these; The payment portal didn't demand an otp for dollar debit card, and I see that as a security breech which could cost a lot of loss. Secondly, when you convert naira to USD wallet it ought to automatically reflect in the dollar card. But it doesn't so one has to wait if that mistake is made. Or fund the dollar card directly from the naira wallet.
