My experience with vesti was a good one, they are effective communicators and they explain till you understand. Their vesti wallet app is very easy to register and access.

funds can be converted from naira to USD wallet, but can't be reversed. It has to be done from the backend with a charge. It's been 3 weeks with no resolution to my complaint.... very poor service

I like the regular updates done on the app. The wallet, Virtual dollar and global geng card features has been so helpful to me in making international transactions. I really like the latest addition to the app, Miai- The AI migration Assistant. This chatbot guides you in navigating the website, answers questions you have about migration and assists you on your relocation journey. It's amazing. Their customer service team are fast in responding to queries. I commend that.
