Extremely high prices. I needed someone to take my cat's blood pressure in the least stressful way possible so booked felmo. On the invoice it is 46 euro for this, but somehow the total invoice is 176 euro. Lots of hidden costs. I guess the only way to make their service profitable is to upcharge. I understand this to some extent, but to receive an invoice that is more than 3x the cost of the service you actually booked is excessive. Won't use again unless absolutely required

Unfortunately, the support I received was neither clear nor precise. I contacted felmo because I needed assistance with travelling with my two cats, but instead I received confusing and inconsistent information. During my first appointment, the chat attendant cancelled the consultation instead of providing the requested support. For the second appointment, I was charged a cancellation fee without my knowledge or consent.

extreme high prices. Basic visit costs always above 100€ basic blood check 200€, prices is inflated by splitting service into plenty of smaller tasks.
