About this app

VETR Proposal is the mobile companion to the VETR proposal-management platform, built for
service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses (SDVOSBs) and other federal contractors. It keeps
you on top of deadlines and decisions when you are away from your desk.

WHAT YOU CAN DO
• See what is due — upcoming submission deadlines with a clear countdown, and overdue items
flagged.
• Approve or reject proposal stage advances — if you are an organization owner or admin, review
who asked and decide in one tap, with a required note for rejections.
• Clear your tasks — swipe to complete, with undo.
• Follow every proposal — stage, progress, team, sections and the compliance matrix (gaps,
partial, compliant).
• Stay informed — an inbox of your VETR notifications: deadlines, assignments and updates, with
deep links.
• Review your saved opportunities and share them with your team.

BUILT FOR WORK DATA
• Sign in with your VETR work account. Two-step verification is supported and, for owners,
required.
• The app locks itself and asks for your fingerprint or screen lock when you return to it.
• Dark mode and large-text support.

GOOD TO KNOW
• A VETR account is required. Accounts are created and managed by your organization on
vetrproposal.com.
• Writing and editing proposals, searching federal opportunities and billing remain in the web
app.
• Your organization's data stays inside VETR; the app does not include ads or third-party
trackers.
