What to expect during your appointment?

After booking your appointment, you’ll be connected to a licensed veterinarian or veterinary technician via video chat.

Similar to an in-person appointment, the licensed veterinarian or technician will ask you questions about your pet and their health history. They may also want to see your pet up-close to better examine them and gather more information about a tentative diagnosis.

The vet will let you know what the next steps are (such as booking an in-person appointment, sending you a prescription, how to treat at home, etc.)

I recently downloaded the app and did an online appt. The service offered is fantastic. I was very happy. The app however sucks, I couldn't get the sound on while in an appt which was annoying. Was unable to purchase my prescriptions through the app had to go on my computer. The app is really buggy and left me frustrated during my appointment. Just easier to not use the app at all. Couldn't even switch to a different card to get my dogs meds. Kept telling me it couldn't add it.

I would highly recommend vetster. the two vets I've used so far have been very knowledgeable and they explained well. The $80 introductory deal is well worth the money

app glitches and sucks. screens dont offer keyboards... customer service is a bunch of useless people working from home and cant do anything to help except send you the same broken links you get from within the app.
