What to expect during your appointment?

After booking your appointment, you’ll be connected to a licensed veterinarian or veterinary technician via video chat.

Similar to an in-person appointment, the licensed veterinarian or technician will ask you questions about your pet and their health history. They may also want to see your pet up-close to better examine them and gather more information about a tentative diagnosis.

The vet will let you know what the next steps are (such as booking an in-person appointment, sending you a prescription, how to treat at home, etc.)

I recently downloaded the app and did an online appt. The service offered is fantastic. I was very happy. The app however sucks, I couldn't get the sound on while in an appt which was annoying. Was unable to purchase my prescriptions through the app had to go on my computer. The app is really buggy and left me frustrated during my appointment. Just easier to not use the app at all. Couldn't even switch to a different card to get my dogs meds. Kept telling me it couldn't add it.

This app has saved me so much time and money to manage my cats health. The chat helped me with kitten questions, and both the chat and video calls have helped save me trips to the vet for UTIs...my preferred vet is an hour away so the video calls are great. I also get to give reviews of vets, and can even book again with the same vet so it's not like a random one every time.

We have used this online vet service for 2 years. It's been very useful for emergencies that occur overnight for our bunnies, dog and cats. Veterinarians are professional and definitely knowledgeable. We like it because we find vets for our rabbits, which need a specialized vetcare. The vet will recommend when we need to go to an in-person vet too!!!
