I've not had much trouble ordering from Vevor. When the app used to work, I was able to order from them and I never had any quality issues to speak of. Now , as soon as the app loads it quits immediately. I redownloaded and reinstalled a couple times with the same result.So until they fix their app I probably won't buy much from them.

fantastic app, however, there is a bit of an issue with the chat support window with my device (Samsung s25 ultra) where it doesnt raise the text box above the key board, meaning I can't see what im typing. and it puts the initial text box below my on screen home and back buttons, making it hard to hit the "send" button. im happy to provide a screenshot if needed.

terribly slow app, was hoping that the app would be a better user experience than the website since that seems to load thing slow as well. unfortunately not, it seems to be slower when trying to navigate things like order history and shipment tracking. I have reset my phone after install and tried closing all apps and still the same result.
