Will steal your money. Tracking shows that the item was never delivered, I've contacted customer service multiple times, given confirmation that I'd like a refund or reship, confirmed my address, everything they ask but still nothing happens. Every agent stops responding eventually and I'm out all that money.

Broken products are sent to you. The feedback for a shipping issue causing damage doesn't work. The upload of pictures doesn't work. No way to contact customer service. Don't buy anything from VEVOR. If it's broke, you are out of luck. Even when you have done everything, you cannot get help from Vevor. Don't buy their junk.
