I've not had much trouble ordering from Vevor. When the app used to work, I was able to order from them and I never had any quality issues to speak of. Now , as soon as the app loads it quits immediately. I redownloaded and reinstalled a couple times with the same result.So until they fix their app I probably won't buy much from them.

I don't even understand why they would create an app to purchase things and to control devices. they shouldn't be connected. I purchased a diesel heater and this is the app it said to use. I can't even tell if this is the control app or not because it crashes before even opening. I purchased the replacement heater from here because it said it had an app to control it like our last one did. that other one had an app dedicated just to controlling the heater which was great. that's all I need

Really nice selection of goods at reasonable prices, but the app is a pain in the neck; tracking info repeatedly refuses to appear, so I've had to bug a live person to track my order for me. Not sure I'm going to stick with Vevor if the app fails this badly.
