App in it's current state can use a lot of improvement. First of all, it'll send you to a trip at least 6 miles away when there is an available trip literally right next to you causing empty miles that are not worth it. These trips don't usually go far neither so a 6 mile pickup would most likely have a 2.5 mile destination, most of the time requiring you to backtrack to the same location you were sitting at to begin with. Secondly, the app requires you to call the passenger about three times when you pick up a request. Third, most of the passengers are flaky. Extremely the Craigslist type of flaky (in Tucson). There is no reimbursement or penalty for a passenger cancelling a request when at pickup location, they sometimes (really all the time) don't cancel ahead of time. Lastly, the app requires you to go knock on their doors. Lack of information on the job like a building letter, apartment number, makes this impossible and quite frankly a frightening experience since 90% of the pickup are in the sketchiest of neighborhoods. Please fix the GPS on the app.

you go 12-15 miles to pick a member and they don't answer calls once reached there they don't want to go. 15 miles you drive for 5$ and most of them you don't get those 5$. members are aggressive still they are listened not you. pay he is supper low while gas is high. drive with them for 2 years and i thought im making money but i was losing money all the time. i will never recommend this company.

Many improvements needed! 1) Incoming trips should show on the map both where the pickup and dropoff locations are. 2) The app should show us exactly where the member is on the map, so we can find them MUCH easier! 3) With pre-scheduled rides for any repeating appointments, the members should ALWAYS have to confirm or cancel those rides on the day of the ride. I drive to too many places where the member didn't show up for their appointment. It makes me VERY angry to have my time and fuel wasted.
