The app is fine,l loved it the moment you came up with it.Makes payments, internet status reviews etc a lot easier and simpler. Incorporate in the app the bandwidth usage so that users can know how much is being used where. The plan package written and the speedtest results differ greatly...look into this. Also include the admin function where a user can not only view the devices connected, but also manage them i.e see their usage bandwidth etc, remove and block. All in all, thanks.

The internet is consistently buffering and the connection is clearly not performing as it should. I didn’t experience this level with vgg this is vgg2 scams. I’ve also noticed that the meter consistently shows speeds below what I subscribed and pay for. I understand you have already sold me the service, but this is a paid service, and I expect to receive what I’m paying for. I rely on this internet to work and earn the money that ultimately pays

Would not recommend their service. They have very poor customer service and take a long time to resolve issues. It's been two weeks without WiFi why am I paying for it if it takes you two weeks to resolve an issue?
