The app is fine,l loved it the moment you came up with it.Makes payments, internet status reviews etc a lot easier and simpler. Incorporate in the app the bandwidth usage so that users can know how much is being used where. The plan package written and the speedtest results differ greatly...look into this. Also include the admin function where a user can not only view the devices connected, but also manage them i.e see their usage bandwidth etc, remove and block. All in all, thanks.

When I have 2 accounts, you only get details for only 1. You have to pay manually for the second account because you can only manage the account you logged into first through the app. What is the point of having the app. we had the same problem with the previous version so, you guys just rebranded and made the app experience worse.

Would not recommend their service. They have very poor customer service and take a long time to resolve issues. It's been two weeks without WiFi why am I paying for it if it takes you two weeks to resolve an issue?
