When I have 2 accounts, you only get details for only 1. You have to pay manually for the second account because you can only manage the account you logged into first through the app. What is the point of having the app. we had the same problem with the previous version so, you guys just rebranded and made the app experience worse.

A nice app. Good interface to control. but now u need to add an admin page where you can see those using my router and there devices so to have an enhanced bandwidth control ie by blocking excess or idle devices. So far is a cool app i can recommend pple to use when in v² network

Who is your manager? I'd rate you a 0...Terrible experience with this ISP — frequent downtime, constant buffering, poor customer service, and too many empty promises. Very unreliable and frustrating to deal with. Would not recommend.
