🛡️ Security modes
● Deterministic - the same text always produces the same ciphertext. Useful for predictability and searching over encrypted data.
● Non-deterministic - the same input and key produce different ciphertexts each time. More randomness means higher resistance to analysis.

🔐 Key and data protection
● All keys and shared secrets are stored locally in an encrypted database (SQLCipher).
● The database passphrase is additionally protected via Android Keystore.
● User-entered keys are encrypted again (AES-GCM) before being stored and are bound to a specific contact and alias.
● Nothing is sent to external servers - you share public parts or shared secrets only through channels you choose.

❗ Important
The app improves privacy and protects data when used correctly and when the key is stored safely. Files are encrypted using the Threefish algorithm (BouncyCastle implementation).
⚠️ Some apps or services may not display emoji- or Chinese-based ciphertext correctly. Before sending, check whether the recipient can see the characters.
