About this app

VGPManager is the field application of the VGPManager suite. It is designed for inspectors and inspection bodies that perform General Periodic Inspections (VGP) on their clients' equipment: lifting equipment, machinery, pressure systems, electrical systems, scaffolding, PPE, and fire safety systems.

It eliminates double data entry. The inspector prepares their route using the calendar, opens the inspection order once on site, completes their report point by point on a tablet or smartphone, has the client's contact person sign it, and everything is immediately available in VGPManager in the office. No more paper notes to re-enter in the evening.

WHAT YOU CAN DO FROM THE APP

Calendar and Inspection Orders
- Daily calendar with free navigation to past and upcoming weeks
- Complete list of inspection orders, search and status tracking (to be scheduled, scheduled, in progress, completed with reservation, paid, validated)
- View and update inspection orders on-site

Customers and Equipment
- Customer directory, contact information, creation and modification from the field
- Customer equipment hierarchy, creation of missing equipment on-site
- Search for equipment by code or serial number
- Scan the equipment's barcode or QR code to directly open its record
- Inspections linked to the equipment: frequency, start, suspension
- Attachments (photo, image from gallery, file) to a piece of equipment or inspection order

Inspection Report
- A single scrolling screen for the entire report, no successive windows
- General information: intervention location, person encountered, technician, Signatory
- Prerequisites and control points, with labels specific to your checklist
- Tests and data collection
- Detailed report on non-compliant items: risk level, shutdown, recommendations, supporting photo
- Shared dictionary of remarks, for faster entry and consistency across reports
- Retrieval from the previous report with a single action, without ever overwriting what you have already entered
- Photos and free-form commentary in the report
- Regulatory conclusions
- Handwritten signature by finger or stylus, by both the inspector and the client
- Viewing of the report PDF, including before closing, sharing, and emailing to the client

Offline work
Construction sites, basements, and isolated locations are not always covered. Data already accessed remains readable offline, and entries made during the outage are automatically transmitted as soon as the connection is restored. No synchronization buttons to worry about, no manual transfer required.

ACCESS RESERVED FOR CLIENT ORGANIZATIONS

VGPManager is not a consumer application and does not function independently. It requires an active user account within an organization subscribed to VGPManager: without credentials provided by your control office, the application does not grant access to any data, and no account can be created from the Store.
