You need to have an active Vhi policy to use this app. Feature availability depends on your policy coverage.

Log into the app using your registered email address and password. If you haven’t set up an account yet, register in the app using your policy number.

Ratings and reviews

The app is obviously poorly made. When signing in, all progress is reset if you switch to a different app, so you have to start over and wait for yet another SMS. It won't let you use a camera unless you give access to local media files. After creating claims, valuable info from photos is cropped away. I have to HOPE that they were actually uploaded in full without any cropping, because there's no way to confirm this.

regular issues signing in. long periods to wait for code to arrive, and it says out of time. when you leave the link to check email for code, you are refused readmission. Try again later. extremely frustrating. Colm Allen

Would not accept my IBAN quickly, when other forms do. Made three attempts and then the submit button allowed it. There was no change to the IBAN. Extra time and stress. ( Everything was correct as one word including IE. First copied and pasted as usual. Then I had to go to the trouble of handwriting it on a piece of paper and then typing it in.)
