Via Communa Physio is an app for physiotherapy. The therapist records the exercise during the session, with the patient in the frame. At home, the patient then practices with their own video, not with a stranger from the internet.
FOR PATIENTS
Under "Today," you'll find what's on the agenda. You start the exercise and see yourself performing it in the clinic. Next to it is your therapist's guidance, for example, how far you should go and when it's best to stop.
Then you tap to report how it went and how much it hurt. This only takes a few seconds. Your therapist sees it the same day. They are automatically notified if the pain level reaches 7.
Under "My Progress," you can see your progress over the weeks, how many sessions you've completed, and how your pain has changed over time. Even the weeks when things were difficult remain visible.
You can set or turn off a daily reminder.
You can also set or turn off daily reminders. FOR THERAPISTS
You record the exercise with your phone while your patient performs it. Afterward, you define the sets, repetitions, hold time, days of the week, and a pain threshold, and add a brief note.
The list lets you see at a glance who is on track, who is struggling this week, who hasn't contacted you in days, and who is new.
For each person, you can see the completed sessions, pain progression, and feedback. You can reply directly to feedback.
You can save frequently used exercises as templates in your library and prescribe them in seconds.
HOW YOU GET TOGETHER
The therapist invites the patient using a QR code or a six-digit code. No account is needed to get started. Those who want to save their progress can later provide an email address.
