While I understand how standard 1-month subscriptions work, a specialized "FIFA World Cup Package" should logically last for the duration of the World Cup, or at least explicitly warn you if it requires manual reactivation mid-tournament. Mine shut down the day before the finals due to a "pending bill." When I went to pay it, the system said I had no pending bills. The customer services are automated.​Had I known it was strictly a 1month, I would have waited until June 20th to subcribe.

After the first installation startup, the app refuses to open and shows some error in the code. Why have you not addressed the bug thats killing the app for so long. Plz fix this issue fast and add more channels, the same as the via tv subscription that the user have.

There were more channels previously in the app. But now the channels are reduced to few, such as sports channel, entertainment sections are missing. Don't understand why they do that even when annual subscription of TV is paid.
