Until now, the app lacks a lot of options for universal travel. For example I have a bike, I need to rest, I will summon a Viatik driver! But oh! The driver cannot take the bike on a little car. I was supposed to know that beforehand. There should be options to clarify such technical details even before the chat. "hey I have a lion, can we go with it?" "hey I got a bike with me, got space back there?" Also CS treat me like male. I'm not. Absolute flop. Perfect app to get stranded. Please IMPROVE
