Viaxi connects people who already commute to work and know each other.
In Mexico City, most cars leave with only one occupant, heading to the same areas: Reforma, Polanco, Santa Fe, Del Valle. Someone in your network probably leaves your neighborhood at the same time as you. Viaxi shows you.
HOW IT WORKS
If you already drive to work, you're a Driver: you post the route you were going to take anyway.
If you join someone else's commute, you're a Rideshare Partner.
No one drives extra or changes their routine. It's the same old ride, coordinated.
ONLY PEOPLE IN YOUR NETWORK
Viaxi doesn't show you strangers. Only people with whom you share contacts appear, organized into four circles of trust:
- Circle 1 — is in your contacts
- Circle 2 — three or more contacts in common
- Circle 3 — two contacts in common
- Circle 4 — one contact in common, with approval from the contact who connects you
Zero contacts in common means zero visibility. There's no way to bypass this filter.
THE CONTRIBUTION
Travel expenses are shared. Viaxi suggests a contribution calculated based on the distance of the trip, as a reference point to avoid awkward conversations.
The agreement is between the passengers. Viaxi does not intervene.
