It was United Credit Union before and it was great, since they became Vicinity they do not answer calls and they closed Peterson branch. Very happy I withdrew all money!!!!

since the switch from utcu to vicinity the service has suffered dramaticlly and the app is just inoperable and erratic plus the main location is under staffed
