This one's odd, I thought it was just going to be the Famicom/NES original, just copied and emulated, but instead it's a fan remake using the original sprites, just with new (and way more difficult) end bosses, and a pretty cool guitar cover of the song "Shao Pai Long". Kinda cool, though I doubt this is authorized by the IP holders.

Where have I seen this game before? Control is a bit janky. Otherwise this game looks and sounds very familiar. It's very simple. Quite difficult to see what's going on on screen at times, with explosion and fingers and all.

Unplayable... Can for weapons but controlling the fighter is not happening. Can't move anywhere on the screen. I can only fly directly into the enemies fire.
