Why is the last update in December 2022 when there have been so many issues prior and have increased since 2023? I haven't been able to use biometrics ever since they forced me to change my password. I haven't been able to pay any bills online(NHT being most significant) and I cannot add any new recipients to my contacts because the app doesn't have the option to and when I try it in browser, the app doesn't work as the 2 factor to authenticate. CRITICAL ISSUES!!!

Whatever they attempted to do in hopes of "upgrading" the app several weeks ago has caused more problems for users! When the site went down, it unregistered my device and I've made countless attempts to correct this! I've waited on chat, then I was told someone would call me to resolve mistake. No one has! This 'otp' encryption system isn't working! Fix it!

This app has a lot of issues. I have been trying to pay my utility bills for more than a week using this new banking app. And for more than a week now without success and after calling customer service and even talking to manager issues still have not been addressed. Since making my initial review I have now been able to pay my bills without getting error messages. However, I still have problem with the method where if I am paying 3 bills consecutively, I have to get a code for each bill.
