Ratings and reviews

Terribly designed and very difficult to navigate. Regular app maintenance or down-time and yet the app never seems to improve afterwards. Very often they'll make a navigational change and I need to Google just how to find my child's 529 plan. Victory doesn't seem to recognize that I've had one for almost 4yrs. If this keeps up, I might just move my funds to avoid dealing with these people, they're awful.

Who is in charge of developing this app? Maybe they should do a couple tests before rolling out into production because every update breaks something when the app forces you to update. This time it was biometric sign in. Had to turn it off and back on for it to work. The whole app usually just doesn't work after an update and I have to clear cache and all that garbage or reinstall. Fix the menus when you're selecting funds too (ticker symbols) because they're all squished and unreadable.

The app was fixed, but when originally released, it kept warning the user that an update is available and then will not allow the user to execute the update. Even a removal and reinstalling it did not fix it. After the software app was fixed, it now provides clean and easy software updates and was easy to use. The team was responsive to acknowledging the issue and fixing it promptly.
