Ratings and reviews

I've not been able to access the app for the last several months. At login after entering credentials, the processing circle appears, and I'm never logged in. I've tried it with username/password as well as fingerprint authentication. I've also uninstalled the app and reinstalled it with no success. Google Chrome won't let you access a web-based version if the app is installed, so having an alternate web browser is necessary to access my account.

Terribly designed and very difficult to navigate. Regular app maintenance or down-time and yet the app never seems to improve afterwards. Very often they'll make a navigational change and I need to Google just how to find my child's 529 plan. Victory doesn't seem to recognize that I've had one for almost 4yrs. If this keeps up, I might just move my funds to avoid dealing with these people, they're awful.

Feb 20 2026 update, i cannot open app. I open app, it says it has an update. i go to google play and it is already updated, and says open. i open app, app says there is an update, i go to update, it says to open app......it is a cycle. i have uninstalled reinstalled several times and restarted my phone.
