Ratings and reviews

Ever since my phone updated to Android 11 the app won't open. It hits the initial splash screen and then closes. I tried reinstalling it to no AVAIL. I tried uninstalling WebView, no avail. Edit: The company's app development department reached out to me and we did some troubleshooting together. The app still doesn't work, but they have a better idea of what areas to look into to fix the problem. Edit 2: 3 months have gone by, have not heard a peep from them, app still isn't working

Buggy, crashes often when i open documents and gives me "no internet connection" errors, causing me to have to complete the two step verification again, which is dumb because I'm holding my phone (which gets the text) to use the app. Therefore there is no point to two factor authentication except to waste time.

Gonna have to rate this low since the app has no way of remaining logged in after being closed. I have a password manager not on the phone so it takes a while to enter the pw and I domt have it on the go. Having a valid token with expiration on the device is still a good practice. Usimg thrle app makes me just want to use the browser version with my laptop.
